Role Overview
Differentis is seeking a Business Analyst / Service Designer to support the redesign and improvement of Security Access Management services within a Higher Education environment. The role will focus on service design, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and operating model design to help shape future state services and user experiences.
Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, service blueprints and customer journeys.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and automation.
Support the design of target operating models, governance and service catalogues.
Produce business requirements, gap analysis and recommendations.
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams.
Requirements
Proven Business Analyst or Service Designer experience.
Higher Education experience required.
Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
Service design, customer journey mapping and process improvement expertise.
Knowledge of operating models and service management principles.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow is required.
